Fertilizer
Our program is a multiple application process. These are custom-blended formulations specifically tailored for our unique Minnesota climate. We time our applications each year to ensure the more effective weed control results. Applications include: a crab-grass pre-emergent, broad-leaf post-emergent and fertilizer blends throughout the season with a slow release winterizing treatment in late fall. Add a special spot treatment for mid-season crab grass emergence. Fertilizer and weed control services are offered as a prepaid complete package. Pre-emergent is applied when the ground temperature is correct, so it is impossible to say exactly when treatments will begin each year. It’s best to sign up by March 15th at the latest.
